By Jason Jee

Sooner or later, you will be enlightened that you do not have what it takes to change your partner. Habits are a part of every human being and they cannot be changed unless the person is willing to. Hence, to save your relationship, start changing your bad habits instead. Your habits have become a part of your lifestyle. These are either good or bad. In most cases, bad habits are the main causes of break up. So, if you have time, read below and familiarize yourself with the bad habits you should avoid.

A relationship that nears to its end will give warning signals that the relationship is starting to break down. In a situation like this, denying that your relationship is crumbling down would not help you save your relationship. In the long run, you will wind up alone and frustrated. To add with this, pretending that things are working out fine would not get you anywhere.

Aside from denial and pretension, ignoring your physical appearance is a bad habit that you should avoid as much as possible. Though your partner has loved you not because of your physical appearance, it does not imply that you can already stop taking care of your physical look. Maintain your look and body and if possible, get a makeover. Keep in mind that first impression last and in order to keep your partner fixated on you, be as attractive as possible.

A relationship that is failing consists of a couple that constantly argue. If this goes on, it will become inevitable. Arguing too often due to small reasons is not healthy in your relationship. In addition, blaming the person you love can potentially stab your relationship. So, instead of arguing and blaming each other, listen to each other opinions and discuss it as adults.

The other bad habits that you have to avoid are: jealousy, envy and doubt. Trust your partner and do not doubt unless there is a reason to doubt. Also, do not get too jealous. At first, jealousy can be fun and exciting. However, if it is done too often, it can be stressful. Being envious on your partner may imply that you are intimidated by your partner's current condition. This bad habit is normally found in couples that are fighting for one goal.

Last but not the least, break up happens when couple grown tired by each other's presence. Becoming less interesting and exciting may lead to break up and heartaches. So, once in a while do something fun and interesting with your partner so that the fire of your relationship would not burn down.
