Romantic Jewelry To Show That You Love Her

By Amy Carrington

What is romantic jewelry? It is basically any jewelry given for a romantic reason - for Valentine's Day, for an anniversary, or for an engagement.

There are also types of jewelry that are specifically made for romantic occasions. These range from necklaces to rings, but all encapsulate romantic messages.

1. Love Knot

A "love knot" or "eternal knot" symbolizes love that will last forever. This is represented by the entwined bands of the ring. These rings are often very beautiful, made with lovely precious metals and oftentimes precious stones. Sometimes they are encrusted with diamonds. The most beautiful part of them is that they give the message that love is eternal. Even more romantic, it is possible to have the rings personalized. This type of jewelry is intended for long-term relationships.

2. Personalized Jewelry

Another extremely romantic form of jewelry is matching, personalized rings. For example, a couple may wear matching rings, each with a ring that is personalized with the other's name. Necklaces and bracelets may also be engraved with both names, or with the name of the significant other. These are also appropriate for long-term relationships or marriages. This jewelry not only reminds you of your loved one - it also reminds others that you have a very special person.

3. Heart Pendants

While the other jewelry mentioned is better suited for long-term relationships, heart pendants do not need to mean forever. However, they are still very romantic. Heart jewelry often comes as a necklace, which is often silver or gold, and may have precious stones. But heart pendants can be found as any jewelry style, as they are an extremely popular for romantic occasions.

The suggestions are all romantic, but jewelry that is romantic is not limited to adornments made specifically with romance in mind. Any form of jewelry can be romantic as long as it is given in a romantic manner.
